Paramount and Cinemark team up for Scream Opening Night Fan Event


Paramount Pictures and Cinemark Theaters have announced an “Opening Night Fan Event” to celebrate the debut of the Paramount and Spyglass Media Group film Shout, the next installment of the hit box office franchise of the same name. The event takes place to Cinemark Playa Vista in XD on Thursday, January 13, and will feature a live V&A featuring actor David Arquette, directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin & Tyler Gillett, and executive producer and creator Kevin Williamson. This event comes as part of the film’s Shout in the New Year fanfare, ahead of the movie’s nationwide theater opening on Friday, Janu. 14. To see tickets Shout on the big screen is for sale now.

This paid screening event will be broadcast at 17:00 PT, 18:00 MT, 19:00 CT and 20:00 ET at Cinemark locations and other participating cinemas nationwide. Tickets will be available at the standard ticket price, and movie fans can get theater list and tickets on occasion ScreamMovie.com. Tickets will also be on sale at Cinemark.com and on the Cinemark mobile app, as well as at participating theaters, exhibitor websites and theater counters.

The movie’s official summary reads: “Twenty-five years after a series of brutal murders shocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer donned the Ghostface mask and started targeting a group of teenagers to uncover secrets from the town’s deadly past. Neve Campbell (Sidney Prescott), Courteney Cox (Gale Weathers) and David Arquette (Dewey Riley) return to their iconic roles in Scream with Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid , Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown and Sonia Ammar.


The event will include a pre-recorded talent intro, extensive bonus content the new cast with behind-the-scenes footage as well as a live V&A featuring Arquette, Bettinelli-Olpin & Gillett, and Williamson that will be broadcast live on the big screen to more than 600+ theaters across the country.
