The Batman images reveal a new look at Robert Pattinson’s Tortured Dark Knight

Robert Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne looks like he’s been through a lot at the beginning of his crime-fighting career in some new images of The Batman. The new movie, which will be released in theaters in March, shows Pattinson as a new incarnation of the Caped Crusader as he investigates the murders of a Zodiac-like Riddler. The stress of working for the Dark Knight seems to come out in the photos, and that must also be why he smashes that poor accomplice in the first trailer when he presents himself as “revenge”.

“Bruce hid,” says Robert Pattinson Rich, where the new photos were first published. “He is not really a social person at all. He builds all this little contraption and stuff, just with Alfred. And even Alfred thinks he has gone insane! ”

To imply that the Batsuit shows how much Bruce has already been through the wringer, Pattinson adds: “He’s been out every night for two years, being beaten and shot and stabbed and burned, and it shows. There’s a bullet fired at the “Cut, right at the beginning. I do not think it has been done before.”

A summary for The Batman reads: “Two years of haunting the streets as the Batman (Robert Pattinson), which strikes fear into the hearts of criminals, has led Bruce Wayne deep into the shadows of Gotham City. With only a few trusted allies – Alfred Pennyworth (Andy Serkis), Lt. James Gordon (Jeffrey Wright) – Under the city’s corrupt network of officials and high-profile figures, the lone vigilante has established himself as the only personification of revenge among his fellow citizens.

When a killer targets Gotham’s elite with a series of sadistic mechanisms, a trail of cryptic clues sends the World’s Greatest Detective on an investigation into the underworld, where he encounters such characters as Selina Kyle / aka Catwoman (Zoë Kravitz), Oswald Cobblepot / also known as the Penguin (Colin Farrell), Carmine Falcone (John Turturro), and Edward Nashton / also known as the Riddler (Paul Dano). “As the evidence begins to lead closer to home and the extent of the offender’s plans becomes clear, Batman must forge new relationships, expose the culprit and bring justice to the abuse of power and corruption that has plagued Gotham City for a long time.”

There’s plenty of Batman to come for every Dark Knight fan. While many are excited to see Pattinson adopt a new version of the superhero, fans are also excited about Michael Keaton’s return to the version he saw in Tim Burton’s Batman and its continuation Batman returns. He will be back in that role for The flash, and even better, fans will get two Batmans for the price of one with that movie. Ben Affleck, who played the DCEU’s incarnation of Bruce Wayne, will also appear as his version. There are no plans for Affleck to return to the role after that. The flash and it is expected to be his downfall to the character while There are rumors that Keaton will appear as Batman in additional movies.

Matt Reeves directs The Batman using a screenplay co-written with Peter Craig. If it does well, and there is no reason why it should not, there will be sequels. At least two spinoff shows are also in development by HBO Max. The Batman is scheduled to be released in theaters on March 4, 2022.
